Email is preferred. Please include the make and model of piano, when it was last tuned, and if all the keys and pedals are working correctly. Please also include your address and phone number and your general weekday availability and I can respond with some scheduling options. I appreciate my clients to be home for part of the first tuning, although it is not necessary to be present the entire time. 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling, although you are always welcome to leave a key or door code or have a friend or neighbor there to let me in.
