Please include the make and model of piano, when it was last tuned, and if all the keys and pedals work correctly and phone number I will get back to you as soon as I can, definitely within 24 hours. For scheduling purposes, if you include your address or general location and your availability I can also give you some scheduling options. I appreciate my clients to be home for part of the first tuning, although it is not necessary to be present the entire time. If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 48 hours notice so that I can try to schedule someone else in your place!
